What seemed to be a drunk woman started knocking on doors on our floor and screaming “good morning!!!” At 2 am. Then someone started playing loud music. Then someone was knocking on doors for about 5 minutes, long and loud enough to wake me and my husband. Other than losing some sleep, we did not have any issues.

Room was dirty, trash containers in room had trash in them, refrigerator had a an open bottle of soda, beds look like someone had slept in them and straitened out really quick, found a long black hair under pillow. I requested I could changed to another room but I was told other rooms were booked out so I stayed and turns out ac/heater was not functioning. Also muffins were not fresh they tasted and smelled fermented.

It was honestly a bit better than expected for the price. Aside from finding a few long black hairs the room was very clean. Other than hearing a door occasionally closing the room was very quiet. It was a great value for the accomodation. The woman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room could use a little attention from maintenance, but all things considered I was very happy with the room. The light above the vanity sink didn't work. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lift up on the door because the top hinge was coming out of the frame.

The location is good, cost reasonable and the people are exceptional. Unfortunately, there was an ongoing battle with roaches. I was there for 6 days and, every day, I discovered a new roommate. At least one. Overall my room and the social areas seemed clean, and it is Florida, which is critter paradise, but it still freaked me out.

Price is good, breakfast was good, good overall condition of the rooms and beds. I just didn’t feel safe at the parking lot at night, people hanging around outside, cars blocking the driveway, not sure if these people were guests o just homeless people sleeping in their cars.

This is my first negative review in years. I always write positive reviews. First the cleaning and breakfast staff were great. I checked in and they were in renovations. I went to my room and the sink was pouring out black water. They came up and said it they had just turned the water back on. Then I went to take a shower no hot water, did email, still none, finally took a cold shower. They had forgotten to turn hot water back on. The next day I was at the front desk and had to talk to the computer. I asked if I could get change for the obsolete washer and dryer. They told me to go to the ATM next door. REALLY there is an ATM that dispenses quarters. Then my room key didn't work. I asked them to come up but no I had to go back down to the front desk to get a new one. Getting on to the internet was hit and miss. I am very flexible but this was the worst hotel I have booked in years.

The property is a complete mess its under renovation my shower shut off so i went and spent the last 2 nights with a friend. Its very disappointing to be in such a messy place and have the water go off... seriously someone should be notify potential guests of the mess abd issues before booking workst hotel stay of my life

The prooerty is under renovations and the elevator was not working every day very inconvenient for Seniors with knee problem.If we were aware of this situation we wouldn't not booked this hotel.
