Awful!

Hotel staff was rude, room had a horrible mildew smell, BUGS, blood stains on the linens, the AC unit leaked and was up on wood trying to level it somewhat. Overall, it was a BAD experience! I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. Very disappointed!

Dangerous

Expedia book a room at a closed hotel during post hurricane Irma and no hotels available withjin 100 miles Dangerous and unacceptable. A man and his family were also pit into a dangerous situation when they were booked at the same time as I was.

Dear Valued Guest, I am so sorry about the hotel being closed down during hurricane Irma. The hurricane was initially forecasted to head down the east coast of Florida but took a late turn and headed down the west coast of Florida. Our property was immediately put into a mandatory evacuation zone and we were required by county officials to close the hotel. We notified all guests that book directly through the hotel about the cancellation and informed all third party companies like Expedia that the hotel was shutting down. DO NOT STAY

Do not stay at this Hotel ! Dirty, smelly, outdated, the beds are terrible, bathrooms are old and scrapy, dirty carpets, JUST BAD !!! The ONLY good part of this hotel is the Tiki Bar on the property, good food, drinks and excellent staff !

For the price it was a very good hotel staff was very accommodating and check in was easy check out fine breakfast was good

Good location Awful hotel

Expected a good night stay at the Ramada. I've stayed at Ramadas before and they were pleasant. This one was terrible. Dirty room with Cockroaches everywhere, no darts or pool balls in the rec room. Didn't even stay the whole night. Couldn't take it and left at 2 in the morn. Will never stay here again. Trip ruined.

Dear Valued Guest, I am so sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. I have informed our pest control company (Truly Knowland) to come and address the pest issue immediately. We had a huge amount of rain due to Hurricane Harvey which caused a lot of unwanted pest to attempt to move inside. Again I am sorry about this issue. With regards to the darts and pool balls they are available upon request from the restaurant staff and if you attempted to play those games outside of the restaurant hours of operation (11am - 10pm) they would not be available. I would like to thank everyone there. Briana and Dean were great. I seen them every morning and sometimes in the evening when me and my kids stopped by for breakfast or just to say during my long visit. It was greatly appreciated !!!!

Great TIKI bar with excellent staffing.

Pros: Breakfast was decent, Reasonable priced, Computer stations was nice to have for my stay. Front desk person (Scott) was very personable and upbeat.
Cons: Rooms need some updating..
Location: Great area. Close to many places to eat/drink. Within 15 min to beaches.
Ist night the Air conditioner broke. Water on floor and room was hot and smelled of must..Told front desk person 1st thing in the AM, He said they would get it fixed first thing. I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon and it wasn't touched. The new front desk person (Scott) moved me immediately. to a better 1st room. The new room was ok and no problems arose.

The first is a standard room which is what you booked and stayed in. The other is called our "Executive Guestroom" and for a slight price premium this room is fully renovated. ONLY good thing about this hotel is the Marina

After checking into the hotel, I ended up getting 4 different rooms. 1st room was dirty, 2nd room smelled unbearable with some unknown chemicals, 3rd room was dirty, and the 4th room was horrific! Pictures to prove! A synthetic hair hairball was on the night stand next to the alarm clock; dead bugs, cobwebs and pubic hairs under the bed; phone and phone cord was disgusting; pile of dirt under dresser; under the fridge was dirty.
