Never Again! We are so disappointed!!

My flight got delayed so by the time I arrived in Tampa they drove to the hotel it was 2:30am. The person on staff was nice but she forgot to give me a PIN number to the garage. I had to call her and I think she fell asleep cause I had to call twice. By the time I got to my room it was 3:15am.
Once I got to my room it was very out of date, you can feel the coils in the bed and the pillows was flat. I was so tired that I wanted to take a shower, as soon as I go in the bathroom I cant open the shower!! I'm like what the heck is this, so I called the front desk once again!! I tell her about the room and the shower and she tells me " oh it may need so w40 oil, can you wait til the morning or a few hours the maintenance should be here" I told her NO! I went to bed sweaty and the bed was horrible, I was gonna stay there longer but I couldn't leave any sooner!!
Then when I was checking out the very next day I asked for a discount due to all the inconvenience that I went through and they could care less!
This hotel is not worth the amount they charge, I'm sorry but please post pictures of your hotel of the current year not 10years ago!!!
