Nice hotel great staff

Pros: nice, clean, great breakfast.
I booked a king with a pull out couch and asked if 2 queens with a pull out was available and the staff was able to accommodate and get it for a cheaper price. Now that's great service.

Not the stay I hoped!

This was a business trip and we arrived late at night for check in, the guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The hotel lobby and entrance seemed nice, unfortunetaly when qe each went to our rooms we felt a strong mildew & wet smell, both rooms from my team smell the same, it seemed as if the carpet got floded and it didnt dry properly. We asked and there were no other rooms availables. 15 mins after being in the room the smell and enviroment started to affect my voice and breathing (I have asthma and these type of strong smells affect me). Ay the end we had to cancel the reservation and move to the hotel accross the street, thankfully the staff was nice and helpful and they help us with the cancellation.

Not Good!

Not so good! 50 - 100 High school baseball players were staying there. When we arrived back to the hotel at midnight the noise was so loud throughout the hotel and next to us that once in our room we had to call the front desk to find out what time the noise had to stop. The next morning we went to breakfast at 8:30 am and the buffet was empty. I said to the woman, I thought breakfast was served until 10AM? She said yes. There were so many people there had to be more than there should be staying in each room. Not good. The TV had a small gray spot in it when we arrived and the next morning it was a large gray spot. We informed Adam at the front desk.

Overall a nice overnight stay however it appears the room furnishings are in need of updating. The couch was a little sad ... bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained.
