Reasonably priced hotel

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful and pricing is reasonable.
Cons: It needs to generally be cleaner. Also, their sign on Rt. 64 is the only one that doesn't light up at night. I had trouble locating the hotel at first
Location: Location is good. Plenty of places to have coffee, breakfast or fuel up.
The hotel is reasonably priced, but you also get what you pay for. Too far away from the beach, it also has very small soaps in the room and one morning there were no towels. Staff is friendly, but too much outside noise at night.

Hookers Haven

We did not stay here ! We pulled up to the dilapidated hotel which was clearly a "one night" or "in and out" place. A truckers sign welcome in the front. We didn't even go inside . It NOTHING like the picture on this website. Sketchy figures lingered in the parking lot.

I understand you are upset, you tried to cancel your reservation but were advised its non-cancellation reservation. If you never went inside how do you know its nothing like the pictures on the website. Anyways we hope you give us another try in to future. Thank you for choosing Sunrise Inn.

Sunrise, stay

Pros: everything
Location: close to hwy, close to everyhing
stayed here one night, room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower hot, tv worked great, staff very friendly, plenty of placed to eat within walking distance, ignore all the bad reviews, would stay her again in a second, AWESOME

Well to begin with getting maid service is impossible towels are not availble the doors slam thru out the hotel all night and yesterday we woke up to 12 police cars k9 units and coroners pulling 2 dead girls from the lake when we asked the front desk they shrugged their shoulders and said same thing happened 2 or 3 weeks ago but they only found 1 girl what kind of area is this theres no security cameras anywhere and no lighting i was horrified for rest of my stay and will never be at this hotel again

we are sorry your stay was uncomfortable and not satisfying. We do have housekeep just not around the clock. As far as pulling 2 dead girl from the lake someone has informed you incorrectly. I believe they were trying to catch a gator. We do not need security cameras because this area is just as safe as any other. I hope you give us a second chance whenever you are in this area. I stayed for 15 minutes. They wouldn't refund anything for my 3 day reservation. It was disgusting, stained furniture, moldy smelling, rusted/broken fridge, dirty pillows.

Low price but you get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The A.C. worked well. Low price. First impressions was bad because there was old chairs sitting outside the rooms with foam sticking out of them. They need to go. The carpet was loose, either it has gotten wet in the past or was laid poorly, that needs to be fixed. The room had a musty smell until the A.C. had ran for 1/2 hour (again first impressions). The pool was well maintained but a tad small. Overall you get what you pay for. This was the least expensive hotels in the area and on a holiday weekend as well. It is also dated but I believe they are performing renovations. Get rid of those chairs outside and fix the carpet and I would recommend this place for those on a budget.

We thank you for your feedback and positive response. we are trying everyday to improve and update our rooms and we are always here if there is anything we can do to help, we will take care of it immediately, some of the chairs outside are to be kept inside and sometimes people bring them outside and they get wet when it rains and contains moisture and we are going to take care and resolve that issue as well.

It was very uncomfortable the power shut down house keeping doesn't knock they just scan their card's in enters even while still laying up sleep they don't have no do not disturb tag's the floor board is all uneven the Pillow's are very paper thin...
