THE WORST!Posted Aug 17, 2014
First of all they told me that they never received the paperwork from expedia . So they told me they didn't have a room for me. I demanded a room from them since I am not from the area. I offered them cash and he went back and asked the manager(I pretty much made up my own price ) and they gladly accepted and took me around back to where people actually live .(yes , in the motel) they had dogs barking and the room was absolutely filthy ! Laminate floor in horrible shape , bathroom a disaster . I demanded my money back and left. DONT GO!

WORST STAY EVERPosted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels
IT WAS PITIFUL. MY WIFE DID NOT WANT TO STAY THE NIGHT. IT WAS DIRTY. DARK. NO SOAP, NO TOILET PAPER. SMELL OF CIGS. UNFINISHED WORK. SHOWER WAS A MESS. TUB DID NOT WORK. THE ENTRY KEY WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT. I PAID $139, NOT WORTH $39. I AM HOLDING HOTELS.COM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ONE. BAD.

Worst motel/hotel experience in the past 30 years.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: I did not find anything I liked about this experience.
Cons: customer service, furnishings, AC/heating unit, cleanliness, grounds presentation, there isn't anything I encountered that didn't need improvement.
Location: Not terribly far from Saratoga Race Track (our reason for visiting the area)
Arrived to be told we had no reservation, presented our printed Expedia Reservation form and they took us to a ramshackle cabin with thin curtains, dirty furnishings and a double bed, even though I paid for a King. The AC unit was hanging out of the wall, we could see daylight all around the unit. It wasn't working properly and it made a very loud noise, all night, a loud hum that left us with ringing in our ears the next day. The bed was lopsided and not comfortable. There was no trash can in the room. The existing toilet paper roll was all there was, no second roll, and the existing roll was quite low. The room had mosquitoes flying around. The property itself was in disarray. The only person to wait on us at check in was visibly annoyed that he had to deal with us. I have Never had a stay so unpleasant, ever. The fact that I paid $225 to stay at this place is making me so angry I can't even stand it. How is Expedia associated with this kind of establishment??? WORST MOTEL/HOTEL VALUE EVER!!!!

No VacancyPosted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Nothing - it smelled like cigarettes
Cons: no idea
Location: don't know
After making a reservation and confirming a late arrival the afternoon of that day, I arrived and they did not have reservation and there was no vacancy. Spent next two hours trying to find a place to stay.

Crack Den?Posted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels
Do NOT stay here. Sleep in your car if you can. Seriously. I made the mistake of staying here because I was in town during a very busy event and there was nothing else and it was cold outside. The front of the motel is full-time residents. The rear of the property is a little village of mini crackhouses. There were NO curtains on either window. Upon arrival the floor of the bathroom and part of the wood laminate floor was soaking wet. Dust, dirt, hair and crumbs covered the dry part of the floor. Bathroom sink did not have running water. Toilet seat was placed on the toilet but not attached. Thick black mold was growing on 2/3 of the bathroom. Had to shut the door at night because of the smell. Electrical outlets did NOT have covers. Mattress was stained with rust-type marks all over. There was no top sheet only one to lay on and then a bedspread. (Had my own linens thank God) No phone, remote, soap, nothing. Fridge was loud and smelled rotten. No bedside table of any kind. No table, dresser or furniture whatsoever. There was no surface to set your phone on. IT IS NOT 2 MILES FROM SPACC - IT IS ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES EVEN WITH NO TRAFFIC.

SmellyPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: There was nothing to like
Cons: The overall room needs to be updated.
Location: Saratoga Springs is a lovely place to visit. Lots of window shopping and small resturants
Opened door to strange odor. No electrical outlets in bathroom. Tv had black "spots" on screen. Three pillows for two queen size beds.
