Our second time staying there. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The only problem this time is that the temperature in the room was not steady. The heating unit would switch to blowing from hot air to cold air. We changed rooms, but it was the same in the second room. The mechanic checked it out and said it was working properly. The staff gave us a portable heater to use. The heating unit should stay at the programmed temperature, then shut off when it holds the temperature. If the temperature drops, the hot air should come on again. The unit kept switching from blowing hot air to cold air in both rooms. This did not happen on our previous stay. Overall, everything and everyone are excellent. Please fix the temperature controls and it would be perfect!

Luxe-Comfortable

This was a completely wonderful stay. The hotel is modern, clean and luxe-comfortable. The staff was friendly and hospitality oriented. Even the Director of Housekeeping introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could do to make my stay more comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
