I like this hotel. Very clean and rooms are surprisingly comfortable. However there was no air conditioning and the wifi is terrible. Love the self service laundry and breakfast.

Good location, clean and comfy

Pros: Clean, quiet comfrotable.
Cons: Full curtains to close!
Good location, excellent staff - went above and beyond to help me with a non-hotel related issue. Only problem is curtains on first floor don't close all the way and rooms face parking lot. Privacy somewhat an issue. Need to fix curtains to close all the way on windows on first floor!

Smoking room made experience unbearable

Our room was terrible because it was a smoking room. The smell of smoke permeated everything and it was hard to spend any time in the room. It really was awful. They should never allow a non-smoker to stay in a smoking room - it was completely unsatisfactory.

Location not what we expected too far from Main St

Pros: Pleasant staff.
Noise was not pleasant during the night knocking on pipes. Second night clock alarm was went off in adjacent room which must not have been Occupied as it continued......

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was beautiful. However, the mattress was not comfortable at all, it needed to be replaced.

A solid and dependable hotel stay!

A very solid hotel, a bit set apart from the center of town but still close by. The entire staff was kind, generous, and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again. Don't expect a charming, intimate Saratoga B&B-type experience (why would you? It's a hilton!), but the beds and pillows were extremely comfy and the room and common areas were well appointed.
