the hotel was great staff was superb breakfast was good only problem there was construction going on from 7 AM to 6 PM at night

Customer service above and beyond!

I was so thrilled with how we were treated by the staff there. I checked in early without my husband but I had two toddlers and a massive amount of stuff, everyone was super helpful and accommodating and even remembered by son later who was obsessed with holding the door for people! Every member of the front desk went above and beyond even though we were only staying for two days. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm visiting upstate NY. Thank you!!!

Pet friendly and clean

The staff was very nice. It is pet friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only problem is that the outside grass area looked nice but Pet owners you need to pick up after your pets, we do. Maybe Marriott could put pet bags out there as a hint or mention it at check in, you shouldn't have to but obviously you do.
