Unruly amount of children running aimlessly all over the entire hotel, so much so we felt we HAD to complain to the desk to get them to stop running up and down every hall, with no resolution from complaints. Enjoying my Husbands Birthday here for the night and couldnt relax in the hot tub due it being full of children that were very under the age limitation posted. Absolutely unwelcoming staff and environment. Kids were still loud and obnoxious with no parental or staff control to be found the next morning.

Hotel was in excellent condition with very spacious rooms. Gary at the front desk was very professional and treated everyone of us like VIPs! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Clean Friendly Inn
We are family of 4 with 2 other family, the Inn come with Kitchen, room is clean, everything look nice and friendly. breakfast is great. we have a great time, specially the price is good. we cannot ask for more. We are very happy for staying there.

A worker was coming out of the opposite room and let me a hand with a luggage cart because she was seen that I was struggling. A total act of kindness! We stayed in room 303 perfect size for what we needed

The room was very spacious with a sofa sitting area and a kitchenette. The bathroom was huge, too. For the very affordable price we paid, we had expected a standard hotel room. We were surprised and delighted to get a room so much bigger and better than our expectations.

Best hotel in Saratoga
The general manager (Bob/Robert) has been at the Saratoga Residence Inn for 17 years. He is on site in the breakfast/reception area and accessible daily from 7 or 8 am. He recruits a tremendous staff. We have stayed here at least five times and it’s a terrific experience. We go to the track in the hotel van and also can shuttle anywhere in town.

Not worth the high price
Although the room was spacious ,it and the entire property needs updating and an extensive cleaning. The A/C unit in our room was extremely loud, as were the guests above us along with the rude, loud guests in the hallways. Because of this, we got no rest. There was nothing around the property so we needed to drive if we wanted to dine out or enjoy downtown. I will mention that the entire hotel staff were excellent in customer service. With all this being said and for the high price that we paid for a one night stay, we won’t return to this property.

Great place for a few nights. Clean and friendly staff. I also liked how close it was to town of Saratoga. We stayed for a ski weekend at West mountain which wasn't too far away....booked last min so couldn't find anything closer that was clean and suitable for our needs.

This hotel is great in terms of soundproofing and has a decent complimentary breakfast, but is limited in terms of the quantity and quality of toiletries and towels, and the computer in the business nook doesn’t work. If booking through Expedia, please note that the nightly rate doesn’t reflect a hefty pet fee, so although the nightly rate is reasonable, it may not be once you add on the $75 fee.

The place is nice...easy to find everything you need nearby...we didn’t like the carpet...(looked dirty) and there was not enough lights in the parking area in the back of the facility.

I liked the location. It was easy to drive to ski places. Considering Covid the boxed hot meal was really good. I also felt that they took good Covid precautions.
