“Terrible experience, they had no hot water the entire weekend and were rude when asked for what solutions they were offering. Brought a bucket of dirty hot water up to my room. Nothing to scoop it with. The room is super outdated, bed very small and there are no plugs to charge your devices. Need to move the bed to get access. “Well, to start the room I reserved was not available. It was a mess so the replacement room was not what we needed with 2 kids. They had to sleep on the floor which was not ideal.
