“Good room with a decent size TV, very good shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast, but the evening meal on the 1st night was very good and reasonably priced too - real ale also excellent. Hotel and bar area has a really cozy feel and obviously very popular with local peolpe and cyclists too. ”

“This hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests.
