"The hotel reception staff were very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, desk, two chairs and a small table as well as bedside tables. The lighting was good with various settings. A lovely shower room with rainfall and handheld showers and fluffy towels, hand wash and lotion by the basin as well as an electric toothbrush/ shaver charger. In the shower cubicle body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided, all the products are suitable for vegans to use. The breakfast was very good with both continental and cooked food, vegan and gluten free options and lovely coffee/tea and fruit juices. The waiting staff were very attentive and polite. We stayed 2 nights here and would definitely recommend this hotel."

Several things were not available and what was served was just okay. The front desk staff are superior and they were very helpful with any questions we asked. Didn't have a breakfast. Tried the small gym and small swimming pool, access code changes daily. The once beautiful grounds need a bit more attention . Free parking, decent price. Highly recommended"

"Our room had a few issues when we arrived. It was cold, the water didn't drain away very well and the tv handset couldn't adjust the volume on the set, which was too high. Within 15 mins of reporting these issues, they had replaced the handset, cleared the sink and brought up a small radiator (and explained how the thermostat worked) The room was was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again"
