"Very convenient for visiting the mountains"

"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine and the location ideal but it was all spoiled by 2 hours of head scratching confusion and unnecessary worry."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."

"Great location with amazing views, relatively close to Ordesa National Park (45min by car). Staff was exceptional, great breakfast and food at the restaurant. Room was very clean and communal areas were very nice, we’ve enjoyed the pool and the garden and the peaceful atmosphere in this place. Overall an exceptional place, we will definitely go back!"

"It is a very affordable place so of course the level of everything is commensurate with this but still there were molds on the ceiling of the bathroom of my room, staff is basically absent most of the time. Breakfast was meant to be included but nowhere in sight (maybe I needed to advise I wanted one?). I guess at the end this is a place for locals mainly who’ll know the little and usual ways of this place. Somewhat disappointed but again, very affordable in an area that is expensive."

"We had a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and large. The room and bathroom showed their age. It's an older property, but still comfortable. Oh yeah, the shower was tricky. When you tried to adjust the flow of water, it was very sensitive. If you weren't holding the hand-held part, it turned around and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff extremely helpful."

"I loved my 3 night stay at this hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy, and my small outside balcony overlooking the town was an added plus. The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto."
