Area around hotel and individuals around and staying at hotel was all sketchy. Drugs being done on a floor, people sleeping in chairs in lobby. What was worst is that I am a gold member and when I reached out to Expedia. There operator told me to suck it up and just stay in my room. I told him I had kids with me and he told me too bad. Thank you Expedia!

Ok it’s right next to a biker/country bar and it’s extremely loud at night. Next was check in- I while mid check in a group of girls got in a huge fight and were yelling, screaming, and cursing extremely agressive profanities, and were punching each other and the police were called. There was yelling in the halls at night from the drunk people. If I could have stayed elsewhere I would have. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were mediocre. Again, I stayed simply out of necessity and not out of happiness. With the many events going on places to stay were limited without spending an absurd amount on a place. The bathrooms are outdated and have mildew on the floors, and tiles. The grout is starting to stain. Being woken up to doors being slammed at 3 am is not enjoyable, and the club/bar scene closing drama on the street made it all around uncomfortable.

The parking lot was very icy and piles of snow everywhere. Hard to navigate and park the vehicle.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the issues with the water, the city reported a water line break and as a precaution the city recommended a water advisory for a few days. We have complimentary parking around the hotel and sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot. We have overflow parking for bus/truck/RV at the back of the hotel, and I apologize that this information was not given to you.

Half of the floor we were staying on was undergoing renovations, with loud power tools. There was no mention of this when booking or even when checking in.

Staff was great very accommodating. First room was not clean, stained sheets, hairs in the bed. Staff were more than helpful in moving us to a different room, counter in this bathroom was not woped clean and also uncleaned chairs and desk top.

Hotel staff were friendly. The server at the lounge was excellent. My only complaint was housekeeping was knocking and entered the room at 7:45 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Wasn’t super impressed with being woke up that early.

I will share these comments with the staff who I hope will be encouraged by your remarks. I am sorry to hear that you were woken up early by the housekeeper. We recommend that you place a Do Not Disturb sign on your door, but I have informed the housekeeping manager of the event, and she will have her team start a little later when checking rooms in the morning on the weekends.

The room was very clean, the food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I room coffee are k cups they give two then you have to buy more. That would be my only down side. Overall my stay was very nice.

Unfortunately it was not the best stay. The noise is the hallway was out of control one night and the front desk just kept beeping busy repeatedly.One blanket only on each bed and no room service. You had to go down and order your food and then pick it up. Over all for the price i was not thrilled. I have staying in nicer rooms for a lot less money. I just expected better from a hotel with a reputation like ramada.

Front desk staff were very pleasant; check-in and out was a breeze. There should be a parking attendant during peak times as the vehicle bay by the entrance becomes quite congested. I was not a fan of the visible mouse trap behind the bed in our double queen room. I am glad we only stayed one night. Overall, an average hotel stay; you get what you pay for.
