nice but charge ni accurate

Only negative is the pool area being by the restaurant and not wheelchair accessible to the hot tub.

Great pet friendly hotel

We stayed here when we were in town for he dogshow and had our 2 show labradors with us. Big field out back to walk them. Excellent room, clean and modern decor. Kids loved the pool even though there was no water slide.

breakfast should be included. Coffee machine shpild be upgraded. It 2016 guys! Overall a good place to stay

It was easy to get to, quick to the airport. We only stayed one night but would consider staying here again.

Beautiful hotel for a stay, wedding or conference.

Pros: Everything except for the breafast staff we had and dirty laundry on the floor in the hall for hours.
Cons: Training for the breakfast staff, especially on teas available. Linen carts for cleaning staff for dirty laundry.
Location: So easy to get to. Right on circle drive. Beautiful forestry park not far away. Was at a wedding so not much time to do much else.
The rooms were beautiful, beds comfy and the restaurant had great food and evening service. Breakfast buffet was great but morning service not so much as I was told I could not get a regular cup of tea ( Red rose,orange pekoe or english breafast). It had to be earl gray, chai or herbal. Found out upon paying for breakfast this wasn't true. No cups were given for our hot water and no fork until I asked for one. No bill. Had to go to till and ask for one after about 10 minutes of finishing. Evening service was incredible. Food was wonderful all round and lots of it. Definitelygot your money worth. Except for an air mattress across the hallway,laundry on the floor in the hall for hours instead of being put in a cart and the cart sideways in the hall so we had to squeeze around, we were extremely pleased and would definitely stay again. All staff was very friendly. Gorgeous layout and easy to get to hotel.

Good hotel

The air conditioning in the room was not keeping the room cool. We changed a room and the new room was the was same. It would get hot in middle of the night. Apart from the everything was good. Friendly staff.
