“The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. The place is perfect for quiet respite, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast! I recommend to anyone for solo stay or couple gateaway! Their wines are great too! Just make sure to have food for dinner if you want to relax for the evening as everything is pretty far. But the drive is gorgeous and fun! ”

“Three of us stayed Tabuaco for the vineyard visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained; the only main issue is that there's no elevator, so we had to draw our luggage for a couple stairs to reach the lobby and then three floors to the room. I was hoping that the room would be a bit bigger as it's a triple room. It's was in a quiet and clean neighborhood and we accidentally found a bar close by, quelha funda bar, which we love so much. The atmosphere was great and the draft beer……

“O hotel nos surpreendeu em sua localização, dentro de uma aldeia medieval, com seus funcionários que moram no local. Quarto confortável, aquecido, com camas confortáveis, roupas de camas impecáveis, travesseiros bons..uma linda varanda para a montanha que estava coberta de neve. Café da manhã com buffet muito completo, saudável, com qualidade e atendimento do staff gentil e prestativo. ”

“Tout le personnel fut d'une gentillesse à faire pâlir les grands hôtels. La chambre était grande, moderne et tres fonctionnelle. La propriété est immense et superbement entretenue. Le petit déjeuner ? Un délice sur toute la ligne avec un bon choix de pain, gâteaux, fromage, charcuteries et biens d'autres choses. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement. ”
