“Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. Also the floors on the house had so many soft spots/holes it was a little……

“Overall the home was comfortable but there were a few frustrations. The listing advertises baby items however the crib mattress and playpen mat both had yellow stains on them which rendered them unusable. The listing also states cookware but the pots were badly scratched/damaged so we had to buy our own to cook. The upstairs window unit is riddled with mold and the room smells musty. The location was less than ideal and I did not feel safe going outside at night. ”
