This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is located on the top floor of a duplex. The main bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 queen air mattress, along with ample clothing storage, an HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and an electric fireplace. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, closet space, and HDTV with apps. In the main sitting area, guests will find a couch that can also be used as a single sleeping option. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking essentials. There is also a dedicated workspace, wifi, exercise equipment, and reading materials! Complimentary snacks, water bottles, and a bottle of wine are included with your stay.

Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is at noon. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the host who will do her best to accommodate.

Three free parking spaces are available onsite.

Enjoy the shared front porch and patio in the backyard. Sun loungers, a BBQ, and outdoor dining can be found outside as well. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced.

Guests will need to climb stairs in order to access the unit.

The house is located on a quiet, rural street. The main road of Saugerties South, where various stores, restaurants, and essential businesses are located, is just a 5-minute drive away. Glasco Mini Park is a 15-minute walk away and adjacent to the historic Hudson River, Falling Waters Preserve, and Wyldwyck River Camp.
