Very clean and newly updates

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday it was very quiet pool and sauna where very clean. Enjoyed and peaceful weekend

Clean hotel in great location

Pros: Clean and modern rooms.
Location: Right off highway
Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great. The hotel is ideally located just south of Albany and right off the highway.

good comfortable room , good food and wifi

Pros: food and wifi
Cons: room could be laid out better but not a problem and the room heaters are hot air blowers witch can be loud
Location: Kingston is good for most things and Woodstock is close if you want to see some hippies
very pleasant stay at this hotel,nothing to complain about

Location: WE FIND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF SAUGERTIES AND THE ESOPUS CREEK TO BE EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL
Room was large clean and attractive. However room was very cold upon first entry. An hour later it warmed up just fine. We couldn’t access the IFI.

Pros: nothing at all
Cons: where to start? a total overhaul in staff, customer care staff development, uniforms? a no-smoking policy?
When I arrived with my daughter the hotel receptionist did not welcome us or smile. He was wearing a dirty black sweatshirt with stains and cigarette burn holes, his fingernails were filthy and he reeked of smoke. The hotel also smelled heavily of smoke and chlorine from the pool. There were hairs in the bathroom and trash on the grounds.

Location: really close to Woodstock
its a perfectly fine hotel, and the attached restaurant serves a great breakfast with an extremely friendly staff. If I had to say something bad about the place, The hallway carpet in ugly as sin.

Nice and reasonably priced.

Great experience. Good price and good location. Only issues were slow check in and very slow Internet.

Location: Perfect location next to NY Thruway
Room was quiet and clean staff was super friendly restaurant very convenient with tasty food

TV not coming in Thats my problem no help avail

The room ok Blankets sheets towels old and hard. Our TV didn't work. I was told someone would help. Several more calls I was told no one is available to come to look at the tv problem for me. RUDE Paid too much and would never stay at another HJ.
