This rustic home also provides a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, flatware, utensils & spices! Plus amenities such as Free Wi-Fi, 3 SmartTVs and an outdoor gas BBQ grill AND a new Propane Fire Pit…. All making this the place to be for your next retreat year round. (AC & Heat)

Located less than a half-mile from #Opus40. This amazing Stone Sculpture Park hosts several art and musical events throughout the year and is the perfect place for an afternoon excursion.
You’re also just a 10 minute drive from Woodstock too!

As a friendly reminder…. You’re gonna be in the country. There are critters. That's part of the beauty of why you're visiting right? So, if you're going to roll around in the leaves or grass… walking in the woods and being out in the yard, then I highly recommend you take off your clothes put them in the dryer and run for 20 minutes, and then do the Hudson Valley / Saugerties foreplay, check each other all over!

Driving through the Catskills and taking in the incredible mountain scenery this spring can be breathtaking. Whether you’re stopping at a local farm stand, hiking through the woods or taking long walks, returning home for snacks or cocktails is your reward.
Relaxing on the deck as the sun sets over the mountains will certainly put you in an “A-Frame of Mind”

Perfect little getaway!
Nothing but good things to say about our stay! The house and property were beautiful and all very clean and comes ready with everything you need to feel at home right away. Nick was beyond accommodating and available whenever needed. Highly recommend booking a few days whenever you get the chance. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer and definitely look forward to going back in the future!

The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculate and well appointed. One caveat I have is after the cleaning fee and tax the price of the stay is double. Another cost which I’ve never encountered was I had to either buy insurance for $99 or put a $5000 deposit down. This is unreasonable in my opinion especially for short stays. I opted for the $5000 deposit then had to pursue its refund as Vrbo didn’t want to return it until the end of the month, about 3 weeks after my stay. I ended up incurring a large finance charge from my credit card. So, all in all, my stay ended up being exorbitantly expensive.

Wonderful wooded retreat!
Such a lovely place! Nick had everything you needed to enjoy yourself (whether you were staying in to cook or to relax and enjoy watching the natural world around you). You were also close to so many places and things to do as well, it’s such a great location. Thanks for a fantastic place to spend my time unwinding from the world!

The property was just as it was described. It was clean and very comfortable and fully stocked with everything that you might need. I thoroughly enjoyed BBQing on his roomy deck and liked the rustic decor. Nick seems like a nice a guy and responded to my communications with him quickly. The downside was there is no cable TV or internet access. I would consider renting again once WiFi is installed. He does state in his ad for the property that it was being installed. Having it would make for an better experience.
