“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“We miss the microwave the Inn used to have in the rooms. ‘Great having the cafe in the facility ~ wonderful breakfast! ~ but it used to be included in the room fee. :( Wonderful shower!! :) Bathroom could use a small shelf for guests’ toiletries. Always look forward to staying here but wish the rates hadn’t gone up so severely from one owner to the next. Inn is nice and close to great dinner restaurant (Choate Bridge) - very convenient!!”

“Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come……

“Excellent! Super easy access and check-in/check-out process and quick communication. Buildings and rooms are impeccable and gorgeously decorated in historic fashion. Comfy king bed in the Rajah room, beautiful clawfoot tub or a separate shower, and the main house was amazing as well. Great continental breakfast options”
