The only good thing is the location!

The gentleman with the initials ST at the desk is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen in ANY company. He has no idea what he is doing, openly complains in a loud voice how he hates the management of the hotel, and how they never listen to him or his ideas. Nothing is his fault, it’s all the managers. Get rid of him!!
No one had any idea how to add a 3rd night to our stay, so we said forget it and stayed somewhere else.
Most of the employees here don't care. They are found hanging around outside, leaving the lobby completely unattended. More than one person left because no was at the desk. If there were a total staff change, including MANAGERS, the place would be better off. The managers evidently don’t care how the place is cleaned nor how it is run. If they did, they would look for areas that need improvement and be on top of things. They would never just have one person running the desk around check-in time, and they would MANAGE their employees. We were purposely locked out of our room too because the same guy at the desk did not have us sign anything or swipe a credit card at check-in!! They couldn't even call the room, or come knock. They just don't care about you, and make no effort to ensure you will want to come back. (We WON'T). And the $2.50 coupon for the restaurant is a joke. Talk about cheap!
Your money is better spent ANYWHERE else.

As a manager I can tell you that the entire management team loves and takes pride in this hotel. The employee that you are referring has been terminated.
I can guarantee that you will find much better treatment if you choose to stay with us again.
