Check in was easy with courteous staff on hand. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities as described on the web site. (Flat screen TV, mini fridge, an extra blanket,etc. The only down side was the noise of the heater/air conditioner fan...but I've never found a quiet one at any facility I've stayed at. We just turn off the heat for the night time hours. The complimentary breakfast was great and well supplied. No, you won't find sausage or bacon BUT help yourself to hard boiled eggs, French toast, waffles, cereals, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, milk, tea and coffee. Hey, anyone should be able to find something they like here. Well done Super 8, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Customer Service & Attitude of Staff was Terrible. They advertise that they are a pet friendly hotel but be warned - only certain rooms. We booked the most expensive room for the night, arrived late (10pm) due to driving through poor winter conditions, only to be told the room we had wasn’t allowed to have pets. Beds weren’t as comfortable as their competitors. Will never stay at another Super 8 again.

Hello Stephanie, I would like to start off by apologizing for your poor experience . This is not how we want our guests to enjoy the time at the Super 8. It looks like you made the booking with e 3rd party and some of these companies do not explain the pet policy very well as they are not on site. The Super 8 website does explain that we have limited rooms that are pet friendly. We have certain procedure's in place to protect the hotel product and not have it ruined specially in the upgraded suites . The Super 8 is set for a room refresh this year and will include new beds along with new bathrooms and furniture. Again, I apologize for the poor empierce and hope you give us the opportunity to welcome you in the back in the future. Have a wonderful day

Great place to stay. Convenient, comfortable, and clean. My only complaint is that the room AC/Heating unit was really loud. We had to turn it off so it didn't interrupt our sleep. It was a mild February night so the room was only a bit chilly by morning. Not sure this would work on a really cold night!
