Pros: Everything but the distance from town.
Cons: Mention how far they are from the center of Angers in their advertising.
While the hotel was a bit far from the center of town, it was still a nice place to stay. The staff attempted to be accommodating and friendly. A cab ride to town and back is about $40, so rent a car. We'd stay there again.

Very poor standard of Hotel

The hotel was very difficult to find. The receptionist found it difficult to locate our booking. The bed was so lumpy we ended up sleeping on top of the duvet and unable to use the blanket as a cover due to its shabby/unclean condition. The shower head was filthy. The lid to the waste bin fell off when opened. The menu board and windows were stained and double glazing to at least two windows was blown. It was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in France. A full complaint with photographic evidence will be sent to the hotel.

Comfort Hotel nr Angers - Disapointing

We booked this hotel as an overnight stopover. It was shut when we arrived at 3pm with a sign indicating the hotel would open at 4pm. We read the restaurant menu on the door with anticipation, we had chosen this hotel as we could have dinner there without going out again. We returned at 4:30 to find everything still locked up but then by luck found an envelope for us on a side door. After a rest, we came down for the restaurant at 7:30 to find everything still locked up and in darkness. There had been no sign apologising for the closed restaurant so we had to go to an expensive steak house down the road. There was a note in the room saying breakfast must be booked by phoning a number but with no price. We didn't bother. In the morning there was a girl on reception and a breakfast buffet without a price, we just left. There was an expensive vehicle outside from the hotel chain, this hotel is run for their convenience, not that of their guests!
