Very upset with the overall experience!

Pros: Location
Cons: Tyler the manager said I would get a refund back and I still did not recieve it! I am really dissappointed with the way the staff handled my issues!
Location: I have family nearby that I visit.
I was extremely upset with the service I received. I got to my room around 8:30PM with my daugther. The group of girls above me were EXTREMELY loud, stomping on the floor, screaming, laughing, so I called the front desk around 11:00 pm and she said "Yes we know, we can hear them by us as well" but yet did not do anything about it.If the staff is aware of the noise, then they should've handled this problem right away not tell me that they know about it and do nothing! Noises continued and again I called the front desk after midnight complaining about the noise and again "yes we can hear them" was the response I got. I then told them to handle this because I cannot leave my child alone in the room! We did not get to sleep until after 3:00 AM which is unacceptable! Also when I came to check in, the clerk said that I did not pay for my room in which I did and had a receipt, then she tells me that I didn't enter my card correctly but clearly on my reciept shows that I entered it correctly as a VISA not American Express. When I was checking out, I left my keys on the front desk and about an hour later I received a call that I didn't pay for my stay. At this point I was furious! I complained and the girl who called was rude and told me that she has no clue. Tyler the Mgr called me the next day and heard my issues and told me that I would get a refund in which I never did! Very very bad service for a hotel! I am very upset over this! I plan to look elsewhere for my next stay...

great comfortable clean room. friendly staff. good continental breakfast. easy quick checkin/out. comfortable bed. would have given 5 stars but i prefer a softer pillow. will be back. highly recommend.

The hotel itself was average. No complaints there. Hot tub and pool were nice. The morning staff was the most unhelpful and uncooperative I have ever met! Chelsea was extremely rude and robot like when I asked for a late check out. When I tried to explain my situation of having a wedding to be at and we needed some more time to get ready. Chelsea told me I could use their public restroom but couldn't stay a minute late in the room. I will never go back to that hotel and hope that girl finds a job not in customer service

Stairs sounded like small drums all night. Loud bikers coming and going but that's not the hotels fault.

Pros: It was very clean and nice looking. Bathroom was spotless! Good job! We liked the coffee supplied in our room very much.
Cons: Have a fan system in the heating/ cooling unit in window that could run all night to drown out noises.
Location: Great location, right on the Mississippi river. Beautiful.
*The hotel is comfortable, however could hear guest in next room snoring and coughing throughout the night. *Front desk clerks were very pleasant. *Cannot express enough how clean the room was. (This is very important to me.)
