There were issues when I checked in. The clerk watched as I stood at the desk and just stared at me. I had to introduce myself and state I was checking in. The lady still stared at me as if I spoke a different language. Then I was told that the rooms werent ready although we were at during "check in" times. When we finally got to the rooms the shower curtains were missing, bed sheets were dirty and there were roaches in one of the rooms we rented. For the price point the rooms were very dated and not well cleaned. Will not be staying again.
The rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful, they provided anything we needed. The room was well equipped with pots and pans, silverware, cups and plates, but I didn't realize that there was no oven. I guess I mistook the dishwasher as the oven. However my time spent there was good.

Used room as stop for driving trip to keys. Great area for that. Checkin was ok. Not a lot of personality. Got a terrible room right next to elevator. I’m sure it wasn’t the last room available! But room was nice.

There were so many cockroaches. Bad smell, room was not clean. It look like it was empty for long time with roaches running every where. The frontdesk person a man was not helpful that all.

I had dirty towels I had to wait two hours to check in. The elevator smelled and my bathroom smelled like Urine.

Our original room reeked of dog urine so bad it burned my eyes. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us moved to a better room. The hotel canteen didn't have any bottled water. It was a disappointing stay.
Front desk check-in clerk was smoking in front of the building when we arrived. When the clerk walked in to check us in, she was in the phone (personal phone call) the entire time. Booked a suite and the cable channels were not working. Chipped wood by the sink. People were hanging around in the front of the buildings giving bad reviews as we were walking up to the building. It was my 13 year anniversary. My experience at the hotel room made my entire anniversary weekend a horrific experience 😞
Toilet would not flush so we had to go to the office area to use their toilet even after reporting it not working. AC heat did not work. Dirty towels were in the bathroom cabinet. Not a great experience ESPECIALLY for the price!!!

There is no afternoon maid service. No remote for tv. Body wash in tub was empty. Only one bedside table at the king size bed. No hand soap in the bathroom. Outside traffic was very loud in the room.
The suite was nice and the hotel was located in a good spot. There was a little noise from the airport and the highway, but nothing crazy. The bed was very comfy. The only down side was the room we had, had a broken kitchen drawer when we arrived and the cleaning done before we arrived was less than satisfactory (nothing a little Lysol didn’t fix).

I was not impressed... The bathroom was clogged, I asked for room service and they never came. Asked for a few things and was always told that they could not bring it and I had to go and get it or they would never come

Candlewood Suites brand provides housekeeping service on a weekly basis, however linen and towels can be exchanged at the front desk. The area it was in was nice,but there was pills on the floor around the room and the bed head hair all in it and the room floor was disgusting.I told the manager and he said he would give half of my money back but he didn't,i had my two year old son with me thank god he did try and eat one of those pills laying around
After a long drive, I went to sleep exhausted in ignorant bliss of the cockroaches in the kitchen and unknown bodily substance covering the couch. DISGUSTING! Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely worse experience. There were crumbs all over the counter and the floor, which is probably the reason why we found so many cockroaches in our room. We found a hamburger that was left in the microwave as proof that it was not cleaned. The toilet was dirty - there was still left over hair from the previous guests. We woke up the next day with bumps on our skin from bed bugs. It literally appeared as if housecleaning just walked in to make the beds and deem it ready for the next guests' stay. Absolutely not appropriate considering we are still in a pandemic.
