Rooms are infested with bed bugs. I would never stay at a Days Inn ever.

Days Inn Savannah Airport

My family had 2 rooms. One was decent but the one I was in wasn't very good. It smelled moldy when we walked in and the ceiling was dirty because they haven't changed the filter. The drawers on the dresser were broken and the the walls were dirty, other than that the other room was all right. We had the best ever maid service. Just wasn't enough.

I wouldn't stay there again

The room had a musky mildew smell, there was a hair on the back of the toilet and the bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned. I found beer lids under the chair so the rooms are not cleaned good. The sheets on the bed had stains on them, at least I hope it was a stain. Plus I was woken up at 3am with people standing outside my door talking loudly. A lot of weird men staying there and sitting outside of rooms drinking most of night, not a place to go if you are a woman traveling alone.

Nice hotel

We found this hotel to be clean. We arrived late on our first night, around 11pm. We checked in with no problems. The AC was already on in our room so it was nice and comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows provided. I was concerned to note there is no sprinkler system in the room in the event of a fire, only a smoke detector. While we didn't use the pool, I was happy to note that they do have a specialty chair that's used to lower and raise handicapped guests into and out of the pool. The next morning we awoke and went to the continental breakfast. Here was where I became very disappointed. First, the only hot food that was served was some oatmeal. Everything else you had to heat yourself. And that was just some pre-made cheese omelets and ego waffles. And the omelets did not look appetizing. The set up looked nothing like the photo they shared online. Online they show all these nice pastries and things. There was nothing like that. And we were there early. Then we saw their latest score from the inspector. 83! So, with seeing that we probably wouldn't have eaten there no matter what they had served. They apparently need to do some work to bring up their scores. That's unacceptable. So, don't plan your stay there thinking you'll save some money on a meal because you won't. We choose hotels with a continental breakfast to try to keep from eating out at least one meal. This stay at this hotel didn't prevent that sadly.

Terrible unbareable smell

The smell of the room is so bad. This is my third and final time staying at this hotel because it seems like the smell gets worse every time. I woke out of my sleep and checked out at 5am because I could not take the smell blowing out of the AC. The place is very quiet, old but comfortable. But I will not return until they replace their AC system or get rid of the smell.

Nice hotel

Nice and quiet location with bar, eateries close by and also outlets. Room spacious and comfy, bathroom a little tired and dated but ok. Breakfast ok but not huge choice. Good for the price

Great location and a bar on the property

I was most impressed by the cleaning ladies. We put a privacy sign on the door and they NEVER disturbed us, yet still serviced us by leaving our towels outside of our room door in a plastic bag. I love that. It's not a fancy place but it's clean, inexpensive and in a great location. I'll be back definitely.
