The hotel was not clean

I would not stay at this hotel neither would I recommend it to any of my friends. The manager had the door close, you had to talk to him through a window . The room was small and the floor was wet due to a damage faucet.

Staff not helpful or friendly. Little to no amenities. Breakfast was almost non existent, as was other food. Not very clean, looked run down and beds are too high and very uncomfortable.

Disastrous and stinky

Location: Near the airport
Awful, awful, awful. Smelly and unfit for humans. I would never stay there again. The health inspector needs to pay them a visit.

The staff at the front desk and the driver are not friendly at all. The facility is old and dirty and run down.

Dirty room and terrible customer service

Pros: Nothing.
Location: Good locations. I have not idea if there is something near the hotel, because we stayed a few hours.
During our evacution process from Florida, we decided to make an stop at Savannah (Georgia). We booked 5 rooms. All rooms had a terrible odor. My room had an special bad odor, worse than the others rooms, also had problems with the shower, and a big spider in the roof. When we request another room, the front desk staff told us there was no room available. We try to return the room, but they did not want to return our money. Finally, they found another room (almost the same). It was a bad experience for my family, and the customer service is terrible.

Horrible

Please remove from Expedia its a hotel that I would not recommend because it smelled bad as well as just humid inside with smells. Not clean and didn't feel safe there at all. Our GPS couldn't even find it. In the middle of no where and said breakbeat was included and in the morning the lobby was closed and we could only return our key by knocking on a window thru a tiny hole. Doors were locked. The man inside didn't even feel safe there. Never again

Weary traveler

Room was filthy and the door didn't lock. Asked to move to another room and it was moldy with broken AC. Staff was made aware and they didn't offer to credit me or move my room again. The staff was rude and indifferent.
