Front desk staff, young black man wearing a hoodie, when i asked for a stay receipt..... was clueless and told me i was out of luck. Then during our conversation he ran me off and when i said i would not stay here again, replied i don't care.

I have been coming to the same hotel for years as a pass-through from state to state unfortunately, this time the quality has gone down my first room that I had smelled like mold, and had to change rooms and my second room had a spider on the pillow. The lady who, and you could tell that she was leaving in about to get off shift and didn’t even tell me where my room was. I would like to call out Christina for making things as best as she could.

The room wasn’t very clean. The floor in the bathroom was sticky, there was a shower sponge hanging in the shower and the room had several stains (bench, floor, walls).

From check in after midnight to check out, the staff were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were super friendly. Top it off the shuttle driver was also amazing.

As we arrived, we ran into issues with our rooms cleanliness. However upon speaking with the hotel staff the issue was immediately resolved. The staff was extremely kind and apologetic. This is what anyone wants when traveling.

Mixed Review
We needed to change rooms as the bathtub in the first room was dangerously slippery. Sherry, the Housekeeping Manager apologized and said a new room would be available to us in the evening. When we came in the evening we got attitude from the young woman at the check-in deak who tild us she knew nothing about it. We finally got our new room where the sink was very slow. Will not stay there again.

My sister and I had a great trip. The hotel was really nice. The only thing I would change are the cookies. I wish they had a better variety for people that don’t eat nuts.

Awful front desk staff.
At check in the lady at the desk was really unfriendly and not welcoming. Then I went to the room and there was a do not disturb on the door. So I went back to front desk. She was even ruder this time. She was AWFUL.

Room was clean, air filter in room was horrifying. Tub didn't drain. Walls are paper thin I could hear every word of the tv in the next room. 6 am checkout the woman was sound asleep both times I passed her behind the desk. Do not recommend.

If you expect a reserved room, DON’T book here!
I showed up at 6 pm. There were four of us, all booked separate rooms for business, and the front staff said the rooms are all sold out. We had a reservation for days! The lady wanted to take us across the parking lot to the comfort inn… not even a Hilton property! Wow… worst experience in 20+ years of traveling…

Could have been better
The service during my stay was not the best and may have been due to two football teams staying in the hotel at same time. Trash cans overflowing, mess in hallway, lack of towels, short staffing contributed to the less than satisfactory visit for me and my mother while in town to celebrate a family member’s 50th Wedding anniversary.

Front desk staff were unhelpful. Asked for daily room service for clean towels, empty trash etc.. never received this service. Requested an extra pillow, 3 times over 2 days never received pillow. Bathtub was to high and unsafe . Handrail near toilet and not with in reach. Screws falling off door safety lock. Not the most pleasant of stays.
