This is a comfortable hotel. Close to the airport and to good restaurants. Only complaints were no hair conditioner in the shower dispenser and the bathroom sink was backing up a bit.

The property was great.. however the bathroom vent wasn’t working during showers and the pillows on the bed is in desperate need of new ones.

Property definitely needs some renovations and they can start with new mattresses. The mattress caved in down the middle of the bed. I told the front desk about it and they were aware..”we get that all the time”. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 8 years and it was great, but they need to step up their game

i am so sorry that the mattress was not on the bed right but i will have my housekeeper supervisor to let her they need to put a new one on this bed

This was so close to the airport which made early a.m. flight easier. Yet, it was also super clean, comfy, modern and remarkably quiet. There was friendly human staff at all hours. And there's a lobby bar and mini store for grabbing a snack or drink.

This was not worth what I paid. I called ahead to confirm my trip and the hotel shuttle and instructions. When I arrived, I followed instructions and was told the hotel shuttle stopped running at ten, something that had not been mentioned the day before in the phone. I arrived late and had booked this hotel specifically for a close place to the airport with a shuttle to spend the night. I also chose a Hilton because the name suggested I would have a high quality experience. When I arrived, I was placed in a room across from an event space that looked as if it was being torn down. It was well past 11 PM and I had no reason to think this would disrupt my sleep. However, it turned out that they were setting up for an event and made a considerable amount of noise. When, at 1:40 am, the noise increased, I tried to call the office but the phone immediately went to a busy signal. Every time I tried to use the phone, this happened. The office did handle the situation, but there was little communication around it. The event started early and was quite loud. I’m unsure why you would place someone in this room knowing you had an event happening early the next day with significant set up going on during the night. The room was clean but very basic. I expected much more given the name and price tag that came with this room. I would stay at one of the many other options near the airport and skip this one in the future.

I will have a talk with my maintenance team about someone setting up in the meeting space at 1:40 am i will have maintenance to see what is going on with the phone in that room . the shuttle stop every night at 10pm. i will make it right you can call the hotel at 912 964-5550 if you decide to stay in the future you can call me and i will gave you a grate rate .i am so sorry you did not have a good visit at out hotel.

Officially this is an airport hotel, but I've stayed here twice because it's a good value. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is courteous. My daughter loves the breakfast they serve. I'd stay again in the future.

Arrived late, around 12:45am. First impression of the place was great. So far so good. Person at front desk was very pleasant, especially for the late hour. Room was very nice and clean, a/c worked very well. Woke up the next morning, checked out, no issues at all. Would definitely book another room from hotel.

We moved to three rooms. Shades broken down don’t work in any of the rooms. The staff were more worried about vacation time than the customer. The exterior and interior beat up wallpaper pealing. First time in a Hilton Gardens and last time I would stay.

Good normal hotel. Perhaps older as the ceiling needs repainting and some better cosmetic repair in room 322. But so quiet and comfy bed. Fridge and microwave. Nice tv!

We apologize that our shuttle schedule didn't meet your expectations. Our shuttle schedule is Mon-Fri 4:30am-10:30am and resumes service at 6:00pm-10:00pm on Sat & Sun 4:30am-11:00am and resumes service at 2:00pm-10:00pm. Hopefully our schedule will meet your needs for future travel.

The chrck in lady was very nice. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED they charged me $75 for my service dog. I guess to make up for the discount from hotels.com. they said it was for the "special cleaning" they do after a pet. I call B.S.
