Overall stay was wonderful. House keeping didn't clean my room the entire stay. The only thing I didn't like

ok just to lay your head if no other option

Check in rep was not friendly. Didn't greet me. Had to go get extra sheets and blankets for pull out. Should've had them in room. And they looked dirty. Pull out mattress was definitely dirty. Bathroom needs some updates with caulking etc but it was ok. Breakfast was no good. Only cereal and bread really. Not a family hotel. Ok if you are falling asleep at the wheel and need to sleep somewhere

Hi Erin, I do apologize about these issues. I do apologize about the front desk sometimes we are lost doing other things and forget to greet. I do apologize. With the pull out couch we keep the extras at the desk so we cam control how much goes out and if they were used or not. Sometimes people don't need the sofa bed and we are washing something that wasn't used. We will have someone look into the bathroom issues and have them addressed immediately. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy our hot/cold breakfast. I do apologize that we couldn't give you a great stay. Have a wonderful day.

Stayed there a number of times usually a nice pleasant place don't know what happened but was very disappointed will be hunting somewhere else from now on. Usually make 8 to 10 trips a year to that area

Noisy on a Saturday night, could not sleep

We were at the end of the hallway on the third floor and could hardly sleep due to slamming doors (sounded like a fire exit, not regular room doors) and noise from car engines revvimg and loud music outside into the wee hours. We had to be up at 4am for a flight, so this was less than ideal. But the check-in and check-out staff were very friendly and nice.

good place for a overnight stay.

Pros: The staff was really nice the room very clean, it's was quiet at night. The hotel was very reasonable the for area.
Cons: nothing
Location: it's in a good location, it's right near to the freeway and a quick drive to Tybee island and Savannah
The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was really nice and professional. It took less than ten minutes for me check-in and get the room key.

Scary

Keep looking! Every thing about this place was a nightmare! It was so bad we checked out right after checking in! Dirty rooms, sketchy guests, and unsafe!

Hotel needs major improvements!

Pros: Only good thing is the the hotel is close by to a gas station and various restaurants.
Cons: Hotel needs to be fully remodeled

This hotel needs major improvements. When we got there the first room assigned to us smelled so bad, as if somebody smoked in it and they tried to cover the smell with another smell. The room also smelled very humid and stale. We went to the front desk and we where given another room. This room smelled a little bit better! Went to take a shower and the water in the tub was backed up same issue with the faucet. The carpet, lights, and overall condition of the rooms is bad. Chipped paint, old carpet and old fixtures. The pool area is also old with no no resurfacing and no the floor is super slippery. Overall at that price point I would not recommend it to anybody. Please look around at other options in the area, I'm sure you will get better accommodations.

IF YOU ARE DESPERATE

Pros: The bed.
Cons: The attitude of its employees, carpeting, toilet, lighting and vent in bathroom.
Location: we had reservations in town.
At the last minute we decided to celebrate Mother’s Day early and to spend the night in Savannah so I booked a room last minute. We arrived at the property, though the location was a bit off it looked ok. We checked in and went to our room it seemed ok until I used the toilet. The tank kept running until we went to look at it and the handle remained in the down position hence we had to be mindful of that. We went out to dinner and did have a decent night’s sleep. Now, one of the reasons I chose the property was a continental breakfast. Upon going down and attempting to return to our room with a few muffins and coffee Ashley told him could not do that. I called and said they may need to reconsider their policy as Ashley proceeded to tell me that it is FREE AND THE OWNER HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 17 YEARS AND WILL NOT CHANGE HIS POLICY!!! I reminded her that the items were there for the guests and restricting the guests is ridiculous. I KNOW WE WOULD NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!

Hi, I do apologize that you don't agree with the owners policy, i am only doing my job as im told by the owners. There is a sign in the breakfast area that says do not take food up to the room. People try to ignore and get away with it. I do apologize that you dont agree with it but that is their rules. Im glad your stay was good beside this issue. Good stay!

Good hotel as a stop over while returning back to Florida. Fit our needs for comfortable bed, good size room and a decent breakfast. Would stay again.
