Close to Shopping

We were close to Restaurants and Shopping. Are room was by the elevator but heard nothing.

Worst experience! Would not recommend!!

This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I would expect more from a one-star hotel, let alone something in the Wyndham family. When I first checked in for my 3 night stay, I entered my room and attempted to adjust the thermostat. It would only go up and not down. After repeated tries, I contacted the front desk. They called maintenance & maintenance said to give me a new room. The new room was fine & the temperature was good, so I didn't even use the HVAC system that night. Well, the temperature dropped drastically the next day so when I returned I turned the heat on. There was a horrible, clamoring noise that was right up there with "the most annoying sound in the world". I immediately went to the front desk & explained that there is no way that anyone could sleep with that noise, so it had to be fixed. To make the rest of the long story short (because the review length is limited here), I spent the next two nights freezing to death in a room with no usable heat. The front desk told me they were sold out, was extremely unhelpful in general, & then when I asked for the name and number of the manager, I was basically given a card with no name - just a general email for the hotel. It was an absolutely miserable experience & if I had not prepaid for my room I would have left. I wanted to demand my money back for the 2 miserable nights, but I don't even know the manager's name. My advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Great Value and Beautiful Setting

Pros: Setting, price, facilities and cleanliness
Location: There is a golf course adjacent, and numerous restaurants within a 5 minute drive along I-95.
The hotel was very modern and clean and in a beautiful setting surrounded by lakes and a golf course even though it was right beside the airport. While it was a little less convenient to I-95 and downtown Savannah, the price was much lower than comparable lodging along I-95. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very efficient and friendly. There were fewer restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but plenty of options within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Location: Great food at Sam Snead's Restaurant.
Very nice room, excellent guest services and pet friendly. We always stay here when in Savannah.

Nice hotel, only required for one night

Pros: Location to the interstate, quiet.
Cons: Food included with the stay, only warm food was scrambled eggs.
Location: Airport, golf, restaurants and shopping available.
Although we only needed one night,it would also be good for longer stays, restaurants close by as well as activities such as shopping, golfing is close.

Quick overnight

Cons: Replace carpet in room
Location: Plenty of places to eat
Everything’s was okay except the room we were given #105 on the 1st floor had urine stains everywhere all over the carpet! Had we been staying for any length of time we would have asked to be moved, but our stay was just a quick overnight in transit to FL.

BAD,BAD BAD

Cons: I would like my money back
This was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. First of all the hotel had a foul smell upon entering. Then a band was playing on the first floor directly below our room. It was VERY loud. After going to the desk to complain, was told they would leave at 10 o'clock. They didn't stop til 11:30. The phone in our room was not working, Also, there was a group of high school girls competing in volleyball in the room above us,bouncing a ball. This was not addressed by the staff, either. The walls were so thin you could hear the shower and toilet in the next room.

Clean and pet friendly

My family travels quite a bit on I-95, and the clean, pet-friendly hotels are few and far between. I'm glad to say this is one of them. My son has asthma, so air quality is also important. To that end, no musty smells or stale smoke. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay :)
