We expected more for the price.

We did not get maid service at all during our 2-night stay. When we first notified the front desk, we were not even offered an apology; just the comment, "well, they should have been there." After complaining repeatedly, we finally got an apology and the manager or person on duty gave us 2 free breakfast vouchers. That made me feel a little bit better, but the vouchers were for the incredibly overpriced (considering the low quality and poor service) of the restaurant within the hotel. I expected much better for the price. Also, the pool is much smaller than it appears on the web site. I am not usually one to complain, but I do not get much free time at all and I paid a lot for a disappointing stay.
