The good: floors in main room laminate insyrad of carpet & the breakfast OK. The bad, filthy grout in bathroom, both electrcal outlets in bathroom did not work and too difficult to pay by cash. They still wanted a $70.00 deposit on record to charge if room was damaged. I took pics of stains and cigarette burns on furniture and missing wood on credenza. I would not recommend staying here

Bathroom was not clean. The toilet bowl literally had black streaks in it. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies. I sprayed it with bleach and let it sit. In an hour the black streaks were less. That tells me that no one even attempted to clean it. The couch in the room looked as if it has never been cleaned due to the multiple stains on it. The staff was very pleasant. However, I checked out early due to the uncleanliness of the bathroom. This is the second Wyndham experience like this. Do they believe in cleanliness at all?

The lady at the front desk was delightful and accommodating to our needs. The room well the good thing was it didn't have bugs, it wasn't clean. I closed the curtains, they were filthy (sticky), there was sauce on them, dust in the corner of the wall, counters and lights were slimy. Phone hasn't been wiped in years, yellow stuff stuck all over it. Bathroom was ok. The floors were slimy.

The room was fine. Not the fault of the hotel, but you could hear dogs barking in other rooms and doors slammed shut because people can't be bothered to close them gently. It was very convenient to I95. It took us 10 minutes to get from the hotel to 95 because of morning traffic. It was a 5 minute walk and should have taken one minute without traffic.

The quality of the hotel didn’t match the price. It was dirty - crumbs on the floor, stains on the covers (albeit small ones). Also, the bath faucet was broken and tricky to make work, there were poorly repaired drywall patches in the bathroom, and the lights flickered/were very dim. The breakfast was also incredibly sparse and poor quality. The one thing we appreciate was that we could bring our dog, but we’ve definitely stayed at nicer pet friendly hotels. Overall we were disappointed that we payed far more than this room was worth.

This is the very first motel that I’ve stayed that did not have soap or shampoo. The room appeared clean. There was a white film or maybe soap scum on the shower head and faucet. The inside of the toilet was either stained or not cleaned well. Bed was comfortable. It’s a dated building. Breakfast was freezer sausage croissants, yogurt, cereal, and pancakes. I don’t think I would stay again.

This was my first time in a Baymont Property. We made reservations on the road so I didn't get to research it before we went there. I was concerned, having read poor reviews on another Baymont Property I had been considering some months ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It had plenty of space for 2 and had all of the amenities. Quite pleasant actually. No view but we weren't there for the scenery.

I checked out after a 2 days stay. I had reserved the room for 3 days but had to leave early. The front desk could not, or would not give me a corrected receipt. I believe that I was charged for the full 3 days. That will guaranty that I stay somewhere else next time.

Stop on our way to Florida
Very nice hotel. Beds were excellent. Very clean. The only thing I didn't like is when I checked in the ladies at the desk were talking in another language to each other while checking me in. They were very nice but I would like to know what is being said. Would stay again.

Didn’t even stay
We didn’t even stay…walked into the room, looks around and walked right back out. Furniture wasn’t even against the walls and was old and broken. Toilet vibrated when you flushed it. Beds wobbled when you sat on them and very uncomfortable. Elevator had a hand written note saying “4 people only”, it was rickety and the floors were all cracked.
