Nice hotel

Pros: Upgrades, clean looking
Cons: Nothing
Location: noisy location but fine for 1 night
Looked like they had just redone the rooms and the lobby. New paint and new flooring upgraded the place. Just stayed one night.A little noisy outside our room but that's expected really.

Pros: good breakfast selection and pretty safe and freindly
Cons: spray once in awhile for bugs.
Location: Great place to check out lots of history in Savannah, GA.
For a Best Western in Savannah its great the only thing that might need attention is spray for bugs we saw at least 2 roaches there during our whole stay like I said this is a great place for a visit ...

Better than it sounded

This motel is much cheaper than those in the historic district, which also add parking fees. Yet it is only about ten minutes' drive from the district where cheap day parking can be found. The nice receptionist suggested a Kroger store down the street where we got good sushi and fried chicken for an inexpensive supper in our room. There do not seem to be anything but restaurant chains such as Olive Garden nearby. So you would want to drive into town for a good restaurant.

Poor hotel management

My wife, child and I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. Whwn we arrived, they sent us to a room that was covered in water, smelled like raw sewage, and getting renovations. It was late in the evening, so I had to go back and get a new room. we were sent downstairs to a room with two twin beds. The manager continues to ignore my phone calls and will not even have a conversation with me about our experience. Whatever you do, do not go to this hotel.

Didn't like the staff

Don't like being treated differently because we are blue collar workers. Front desk let us know real quick we will not get a nice room once they become available. We are to stay in the older Rooms! And how the price is going up. We like nice rooms too! Our company and their weekly business will now go elsewhere.

Check in smooth and quick same for check out, be aware you need 100.00 CASH DEPOSIT, no credit cards allowed if using prepaid voucher, good breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Gut zu erreichen und man ist in wenigen Minuten Downtown (im historischen Stadtkern), eine große Mall, andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Fastfood-Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für unsere Bedürfnisse Perfekt. Einzig das Frühstück ist für europ. Verhältnisse nicht besonders, scheint aber hier in dieser Hotel-Kategorie Standart zu sein.
