Poor service

Arrived they didn't have our reservations, so we went to another hotel. Several days later they charge my credit card for one night stay for both rooms, said we were a "no show". WE SHOWED!!! And now they find our reservation!! Still fighting with them to refund my money. Will definitely not go there again. Oh, yea, and now it's my fault they couldn't find my reservation!!

There was roaches everywhere and mold in the bathroom.

Close to everything including tourist attractions.

Staff were very nice, speedy check-in and out. Clean hotel and rooms, no complaints. Free breakfast. Free parking. Pretty quiet area.

Inconsistences in room rates.

Pros: The convenient of getting to and from my family homes. the friendliness of the staff, I like everything about it.
Cons: Please charge the booking rate, and ask for the Itinerary number.
Location: The location is good. Shopping and food is in walking distance.
When I checked in I was told they did not need my Itinerary Number, when I checked out they charged me walk-in rates. When I called it to their attention they then refunded the difference back to my card, I have booked with Expedia before and did not notice my bill. So I don't know if I have been overcharged before. I was wondering if they may have tried this with other guests.

There was an incidence, where a girl got robbed by her date in the hotel. Except for that it was a quite and safe stay.

mainline to downtown

Location: As stated above, right on the road to downtown area, restaurants, sight seeing areas
We have stayed at this motel more than once. Great staff, clean rooms , all at a price that won't break the bank. The young lady who is responsible for taking care of the dining area during breakfast does an outstanding job taking care of everything needed, i.e. keeping all foods supplied, keeping everything cleaned up.

Neighbours ruined our stay

Cons: Upgrade wifi Get new playpens
Location: Location was good, close to restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to river walk
Our overall experience was okay. The wifi was horrible, we couldn't get it to work at all. The people staying next door to us were very loud. They were standing outside our door talking for hours, keeping us up. We contacted the front desk and whithin an hour the noise had subsided. The playpen provided was not in the greatest shape, it had holes in the mesh. I wish I had brought my own. Breakfast was good and the girls running it were awesome!

Location: Ghost tours in downtown Savannah. Trolleys, river Street.
Close to downtown. Enjoyed it not too loud. Front desk and breakfast was friendly. Cleaning people were nice and offered or waited till we left room.
