Easy from the airport. Rt. 17 very convenient .

Pros: Very convenient to a lot of dining and stores on 17. Loved going to Savannah on the tour.
Cons: Better option at breakfast.
Location: Hilton head is a quick and easy day trip. The bus tour of Savannah was really great! Good restaurants and shopping up and down 17.
Everything was very nice. I wish you had more food options for breakfast. Having the same thing gets old in a week. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs would be nice. Miss the waffles.the pancakes aren't as good. Fresh melon or berries instead of canned peaches would be better. The pre made frozen omelettes aren't good. You could tell they were nuked. The raisin bread was very good. Bagels were and yogurt were good. Bacon and sausage wasn't bad. Coffee was very good. Keep up the good work. A couple of changes and you could gave a really good meal. Thank you

Pretty great stay for a few nights.

A quick 2 night stay with plenty of exploring to do in the Richmond Hill Area. This hotel is very clean. Breakfast was included which had eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, pancakes, french toast, and plenty more options to choose from. There was also cookies in the evening that guests could have.

Charming and Convenient

My stay was good, it was just a one night stay. The room was nice enough but the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that I have no complaints. The lady that checked us in couldn't have been nicer!! The hotel lobby/entrance is very charming and the location is very convenient, we walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner. I liked that how you could open the windows in the room.

Price and convenience made it an okay stay

I typically find Best Western hotel staff to be among the most friendly, welcoming anywhere - but this location needs some service training. Check-in service was almost rude. Cold, no eye contact, no warm greeting.... Definitely not welcoming! Check-out was only slightly better. We at least got a thank you. I also typically enjoy the Best Western breakfast, and this was barely edible. The saving grace was the excellent breakfast server. She was so nice and so friendly, it almost made up for the food. Overall a disappointing experience. Again - usually one of my favorite hotel chains, but this location did not live up to what I have come to expect.

Check in and friendliness of the staff at the desk was excellent. Breakfast bar really good. Only complaint is with room service. Arrived Friday night so we told then on Saturday we didn't need room service that day, but we didn't get it at all while we were there.
