Pool was closed ...I ask why they said they needed a pump and it was on website that it was closed! I told her I didn't see it on Expedia she said well it was! Coffee maker in room didn't work told the front desk they said most people just get coffee in lobby! If it was on website for weeks how long does it take to fix a pool...or ice machine on the second floor where we were, smallest suite I ever stayed at and will not stay at clarion again!

Never again!!!

Sleeper sofa when unfolded had dirt and trash in it. Sheets and comforter were dirty and stained. Dead bugs in corner of room. For the price, would have expected a lot more.

The suite with 2 double beds met our need as a family of 5. Pull out couch was tolerable for a teenager but would want to put an adult on it. Over all clean and comfortable.

The room was not clean. The shower curtain had orange mold on the bottom. If it hadn't been for the room cleanliness it would have been a much better experience.

Carpets in hall and rooms were stained and dirty. Under sink in bathroom had water damage and hold in carpet. Seemed to appear run down and needs updating.

Not a good trip

Nothing great about the stay. Pool was out of action, this was the reason I booked this hotel. Safe was not working in room we got, had to try four other rooms before got one that worked.

Comfortable but little neglected

Had to go to GA Southern graduation and this was closest room we found. Great location right off I-95, but out room backed to the highway within feet so noise was little loud for sleeping. Suggest you request room in front of hotel if you go. Hotel curb appeal was good but worn a little and dirty inside.decor is lacking but they do have laundry facilities for longer stays near ice and vending room. Is a conference center so our room had separate room with desk and sofa bed which had a door to close off from bathroom and sleeping area. Bathroom had large jacuzzi tub but it was filthy with the black soap scum film. A $2 bottle of soap scum cleaner from dollar store would fix this. Position of shower head had you standing right in the middle of this. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and clean fluffy linens as well as towels. Coffeemaker, microwave , fridge, and extra large safe was in room. Would be great accommodation with little bit of love. There were three large spill spots on hall floor in front of elevator when we arrived Friday evening and still there when checked out Sunday morning. Breakfast was included and served eggs, bacon, muffins, cereals, etc. coffee was in lobby all day.
