Bait and switch

Excellent hotel

Pros: Everything.
Location: Gas and restaurants very close by.
Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very convenient location.

Pool was closed ...I ask why they said they needed a pump and it was on website that it was closed! I told her I didn't see it on Expedia she said well it was! Coffee maker in room didn't work told the front desk they said most people just get coffee in lobby! If it was on website for weeks how long does it take to fix a pool...or ice machine on the second floor where we were, smallest suite I ever stayed at and will not stay at clarion again!

Never again!!!

Sleeper sofa when unfolded had dirt and trash in it. Sheets and comforter were dirty and stained. Dead bugs in corner of room. For the price, would have expected a lot more.

The suite with 2 double beds met our need as a family of 5. Pull out couch was tolerable for a teenager but would want to put an adult on it. Over all clean and comfortable.

Nice clean place to stay.

This is our second time here. It is a good clean place. The room service staff and the guy in the breakfast area were super nice. We were a little bummed that the pool was closed while we were there but later on a staff member told us we couldve gone across the way to a "sister" hotel & used their pool. Over all a great experience.

Very quiet, comfortable room. Definitely recommend. Don't be scared of the super low prices, it's worth it and only about 15ish minutes away from downtown Savannah, and about 5 minutes from the huge Tanger Outlet stores
