We had a HORRIBLE checkin experience, it took about an hour before we could get into 1 of our 2 rooms. And didn't get the second one until after we came back from dinner.

Nice hotel close to savannah

A little pricey for a hotel without an operational p00l. Pool was operational when we were leaving. Like that it's non smoking and no animals allowed.

Bad hotel

The mattresses were horrible. I tried leaving the last nite after moving to another room with a bad mattress, but they wouldn't refund me the last nite. So, I ended up paying almost 380 dollars for 3 nites of back pain and lack of sleep.

Dirty

Check in was ok but when we got to the room and were ready for bed we found hairs on the bed all over the bed! I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets! So not only was the room dirty but no apologies from staff . We had to make our own bed with clean sheets and this after driving 12 hours! Stay away this place is not clean !

Far away from tourist areas

Expect to drive 35 to 40 monutes on a weekend to tourist areas. Even if it is published as a Savannah hotel, it is very far away. Do not recommend!

Nice Hotel

Pros: The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast area was never crowded and always clean. The pool was warm and not ice cold
This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Very friendly staff.

My 8 year old was scared of the bathroom. The hotel is disgusting; poor condition and felt like germs were everywhere.

Bad choice

Pros: Nothing, regretted every minute
Cons: Breakfast, shampoo, cleanliness.
Location: Lots of other hotels and restaurants
Should have stayed at Holiday Inn as we normally do. Breakfast was inedible had to eat at a nearby Cracker Barrel. Didn't really enjoy our stay but at least we were on a floor we could open the window. Shampoo was so bad it gave the whole family itchy scalp and there were two old people drinking beer in the jacuzzi. Didn't like the area, will never return. Loved Savannah.

Convenient access off I95

Very noisy hotel. Paper thin walls. Late night partying in halls. Not a great experience.

Okay property but pool not clean

Hotel smelled like chlorine everywhere because of indoor pool - they need to figure out their ventilation Hot tub was not properly maintained - after using it we smelled and our bathing suits smelled and the smell lingered so then our room stunk Had to wash our suits to get smell out Otherwise an okay visit Breakfast was good WiFi was good
