This was a last minute stop on our way back home to Grovetown, GA and was very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was picked for the indoor pool for our grandkids. The pool is small but clean. It’s behind a strip mall and across the street from OrThorpe Mall. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer that require 2.00 in quarters for using both, but seem to be taken care of. The morning breakfast was very well stocked with waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, cereals, toast very good! Beds are comfortable. Our room was on the 1st floor And very quiet considering it’s a on a busy back street.

It was very easy to check in and get to my room. I enjoyed the clean state of the room upon check in and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of options for the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is nice. No real issues. The room was decent. The breakfast options are good. The staff is fine. There could be more parking but it is not a huge hotel so maybe they are making it work.

Room 211 is a bad location, directly over the indoor pool, next to the elevator, and at top of stairs from lobby. It was very noisy. Everyone else was very nice, rooms are large.

There were 5 of us so 2 queens and a pull out double couch. Couch had a single fitted sheet on it,no other sheets,blankets in room. Asked to have it made up. Someone came and removed fitted sheet and put on another one....had to go to maid cart and get blanket and pillowcase myself. Otherwise generically fine.

The breakfast was excellent! They had waffles, eggs,cereals orange juice and apple! Nice rooms and comfortable and good price, I would definitely book again. Also the spa is huge and hot our family of 4 loved it. Front desk was super nice as well for my check in

I arrived at appx 10pm with my two small children to check in only to be greated with the receptionist in the front telling me that I have to call expedia to get a refund because they do not rent to locals. This is not listed on any of the hotel info on expedia and definitely discriminatory in nature. He pulled a paper sign from the office door that said "Stop renting to locals". Not to mention my license address is old as I no longer lived in that area which I also explained. I will be reporting this and no member of my family will stay at Country Inn again.

Thin walls?
Walls were too thin. Even after moving rooms I could easily hear my neighbor and it didn't seem like their TV volume was so loud. I wondered if they could hear me. Thankfully they went to be by 11:00
