I believe this is the best price:quality ratio you will get in the historic downtown area. Only had 1 light in the room that wasn't working properly and the valet person from PMC at night was on their phone while trying to engage with guests which was a little unprofessional. Everything else was great though.

The property it self was excellent only issue was the night we checked in the girl running the counter didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t check me in properly and I woke up to a note under my door asking me to come to the front desk and when I got to the front desk the day shift tells me I was never checked in or paid even though the girl took my card the night before

The inside of the hotel was awesome with an elegant library/reading area, a small bar and an area within eyeshot for the kids and warm chocolate chip cookies (with walnuts) and best of all a delightful front desk clerk, Agasia, who went above and beyond for us and everyone I saw her deal with. She is a true asset to this hotel!

If your room faces MLK Blvd it will be noisy overnight. Use the noise diffusing machines in the rooms. They really work.

Check in is actually 4 instead of 3. We waited in the lobby for an hour. The only way to get parking on-site is to use valet parking. $45 a night. These things need to be updated.

A great experience!
A great experience. Our D/T overnight in SAV was a stopover on our way to FL. D/T was the perfect location for walking around the river. Juan at the bar did an outstanding job.
