Nice one night stay motel,

Pros: Very convenient to I 95 ,right off interstate ,easy to find.
Cons: TV needs improved very fuzzy .
Location: Traveling motel ,not much around
Nice but old motel but updated ,and works for a one night stay.

Misleading

Pros: Attached to a Perkins restaurant
Cons: Plumbing, bathroom fixtures, cleanliness
Location: Good location, close to I95 and lots of restaurants
Check in was okay, staff was friendly. I had a small pet dog with me, I paid the fee of $15.00 USD but no receipt. Multiple incorrect information items on form when I booked in. I asked for rooms together (had my 89 year old father with me), but impossible as I was told they were completely filled (later found out that was incorrect, or guests never arrived in at least 3 rooms). Father was on bottom floor, around pool area; we were on second floor, around the corner and facing out towards the parking lot. Father's room stunk of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Heat was blasting at 78 degrees when we arrived and outside temperature was around 60. We were in a pet room (no carpet), not a problem but could have had a cleaner floor. Party central, boom boxes, lots of talking to small hours of the morning. Rain shower head corroded and not letting lots of water out, could not turn water off in tub, husband had same problem. Lots of twisting and turning of taps. Toilets waste lots of water, they should look at ripping them out and replacing with more efficient models. In an outdoor hallway, there was a large pile of what looked to be like sheets, covered in dirt and ??? , they were never picked up in the time we were there. This is a large hotel, breakfast was included, around 8 tables of 2 to accommodate all the guests.

Room got cancelled without telling me. Front staff was rude when i asked if they had any rooms available since i didnt know mine was cancelled. In the room there was a hole in the wall, floor under the sink was sopping wet, smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Bathtub looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile

At check in the clerk seemed a bit out of it. She mentioned she was having an off day herself. We were given the wrong key. When we opened the door someone was in the bed. The continental breakfast was the poorest I've ever seen....very limited. I appreciate Expedia trying to save me money by looking this place instead of the one I originally requested but from now on I will stick to what I request.

awesome location

It’s an old building, but it was clean, at first site, I thought oh no, but it was well worth the money, and the attached restaurant put it over the top, for the price!!!

Great place for a road stop.

We stopped in this hotel on our way to Miami. The room was very clean and it had been recently updated with laminated floors some paint. I have to say that I prefer laminate over the dirty carpets I normally find in these kind of hotels, and my wife feels the same way. The staff was friendly enough and for the one night crash it was perfect. Vending machines need updating, we couldn't by a single drink from any of them because none would take any form of payment. That is just ridiculous!
