Staff need customer service training. The person checking me in just stopped in the middle of checking me in to help coworker fix a computer issue instead of finishing with me first. She never explained where the elevators were so I could get to my room. Supposedly there is a restaurant and pool there but I have no idea where. Bartender left in middle of service to go get mixers from a store, without letting anyone know what he was doing. No one seemed to know the real happy hour times, one said ended at 7 other 7:30. Hours advertised were 5:30 to 7:30 marked out with sharpie to say 7. This was definitely not a Hilton experience.
Perfect for this stage of our life. Room was clean, convenient, and spacious. The adjoining room with sofa, tv, and kitchen was an added huge bonus and wonderful. A delicious, bountiful breakfast was another great surprise. This is our new home when traveling. Perfectly executed. Thank you.
I was expecting a lot more for a Hilton. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Hilton and the 3rd time my family and I have stayed at this particular Hilton. The room was not fully stocked with bedding and was missing a towel. The suite was too small. Pillows were not comfortable. Service at check in was fine but service at the bar was not so good. I had to wait over 30 min to be served. Upon checkout, the reception agent was rude and said they could not provide me a total amount of charges for my stay. Not sure why since this should be standard. Not a very pleasant attitude.

Disliked: Staff & service
Overpriced, rooms are dated and falling apart and could use a better cleaning. Would not stay again.
Clean and roomy (2 bedroom suite). Breakfast is better than the typical make your own waffle kind of set up, but is still not great. Omelet line was long so didn't try that. It's free breakfast, so set realistic expectations.
I booked the recommended room from Hotel.com and the elevator ended up being on the other side of the bedroom wall. I heard it operating all night. It sounded like someone was sliding furniture across the floor. The listing did not say anything about the elevator. It's enough for me to never come back for future business trips.
The place was beautiful. Food was good the staff was not friendly. There seem to be a problem since i booked thru a rhird party. They regused to give me a statment when we ledt.

It's an average hotel
It was an average hotel. Our shower door didn’t close all the way so we had a WET floor even with a towel down. We had 2 room keys one of the keys didn't work the 3 days we were there. Now the breakfast made it all worth it. It wasn't bad but I just expect more when I think of Embassy Suites and this was just not it. Lobby was beautiful but your room is average. We will try another hotel on our next trip
My room had a very loud sound that repeated every few minutes. At first I thought all the rooms in the hotel were loud because it was close to the airport. I finally went to the front desk at midnight where the person argued with me that I had booked that room. After insisting that I could not sleep, I finally got the room changed. The room smelled bad and made me feel sick the rest of the night. Do not stay in room 616 Embassy Suites Airport in Savannah.
