Located in a great area of Savannah

It could be better. I found a potato under the bed, and a lot of trash. Need to improve the cleaning. There is no continental breakfast, it's just a to go coffee and muffin. Front desk service was excellent, Christina is her name and she is so goodifferent, profesional and always with a smile in her face. The surroundings and halls smell too much food. But I guess is because this rooms are equipped with kitchen. Overall is a good hotel for the price

Worst place I have ever stayed!

The sheets were old and had blood stains and hair. The second set had a yellow urune looking stain. Fridge is old and has rust all over. Bed skit was old and torn and all wrinkled . Towels were old. No Tables to sit and eat the breakfast. would have gone to a different hotel to stay but they were all booked up. The worst place I have ever stayed! Upset with Expedia and the hotel!

Bed bugs!!!

From the moment we arrived there was an odor. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because they allowed dogs so we dealt with the odor as it was just one night. Then the floor in the room felt slimey. Again, one night so we just made the best of it. BUT, when I felt something crawling on me in the middle of the night and checked my sheets in the morning to find BED BUGS I freaked out. i will say the front desk was very nice about it, but frankly the damage was done. I have been worried about my home contracting them from my luggage and (per Google) they are terrible to get rid of. PLEASE BEWARE! You get what you it for.

The hotel was nice. Came with a kitchen, but you have to call the front desk for them to bring you plates or cups. Nice full sized fridge. Bed was comfortable. No pool but for the deal and location, it was a great stay.

I was disappointed ,I found a bitten muffin in one of the cabinets which confirmed that the room was not clean properly,there was hair on the toilet seat, before I can take a bath I had to clean the bathroom myself !I also think that the hotel should update the bathroom,newer sink cause I hate to see a sink that looks rusty!

Disgraceful Hotel

I want a refund. I have pictures to prove. No electricity in bathroom. Bathroom door would not close. Microwave was disgusting. Shower would not work, the knob for the tub to shower would not work, black long hair in the bed, just terrible

Not the place for me to re-visit

The hotel has some age to it or at least seemed to have age on it. There was a slight odd odor too. The room was musty. While I did stay there 2 nights, I seriously doubt I will ever book this hotel again. While the room had a kitchenette, it had nothing to go with it, nothing. Apparently, you had to check out cookware and stuff from the front desk.

Not worth the money

The hotel had a musty smell. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable. The front deck closes at 11pm so if you have a problem after that it's challenging to get assistance. The laundry room was extremely filthy. Not ideal for family's.
