Cons: Everything is fine
Location: We visited the historic district, went down on the river (river walk), took a river boat tour, Tybee Island (beach), and toured Savannah in general.
Four wonderful nights. Everything was perfect at the hotel. From the free breakfast, inside pool, Wi-Fi, spacious rooms, and courteous staff. I am handicapped with breathing problems, and I have an oxygen bottle with me at all times. On several occasions hotel staffers asked me if I was O.K. and if they could do anything for me. Two that were very helpful were the hotel manager that came to my table when I was eating breakfast and a maid came up to me when I was walking down the hallway and asked if I was O.K. I really appreciate the kindness that your staff showed. The next time I'm in Savannah I'll make sure to stay at your hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality. Larry Watts and family

No TV remote/ broken one given to us to use

Pros: Clean, free breakfast buffet.
Cons: Gests should never have to ask for a TV remote or to change rooms because of non-working TV. Also a better variety at breakfast - too many bread items
Location: Good location. Convenient to shopping and not too far from downtown.
No TV remote in room when we arrived. TV remote that was brought was left by TV and TV was left on. The reason why is that the remote would not turn TV off. Because of this, it should not have been left...another functional remote should have been brought and left while we were at dinner. I called and asked for another one but after 20 minutes and no maintenance person arriving, I had gotten the remote to work intermittently by pressing and holding down hard on the remote. Because of this, I called the front desk and cancelled my request. At least it was working some. Later, it stopped operating the TV again. By this time it was after 10 PM, and I chose not to call that late for a second remote to be brought up. This was very annoying and inconvenient.

Got to the hotel for my father's 68th birthday, only to find Expedia didn't book the room I requested. After arguing with them for an hour and half, I went downstairs to speak with the manager myself! Manager was not there, but their front desk associate offered me two other rooms and was very nice and helpful. We were able to move into a bigger room (never got the room I booked through Expedia) and our party of 5 was able to have a comfortable stay!! No thanks to Expedia!!

Cons: Room upgrades are definitely needed.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently. It was VERY disappointing. The room was fairly clean except the sheets on the bed did not fit very well and would not stay on the bed. Also, I noticed a stain on the fitted sheet when straigtening the sheets back onto the bed. The bed was very uncofortable and my husband nor myself slept very well. Lastly, everytime you moved or turned over in the bed made loud squeeking sound. As far as the front desk staff, the afternoon or evening staff were very nice and helpful. However, when checking out and turning in our room keys there were three employees at the front desk and NOT one asked how our stay was. The only thing they said was: your done! Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location: Great location to visit the historic places and River Street.

Cons: For the price, it would have been great if they provide refrigerator and microwave in room as standard. I understand they do provide in upgraded rooms
Excellent friendly staff. Great free parking. Few minutes to downtown/Riverstreet area. 20 - 25 mins to Tybee Island. There is a mall few blocks away and you have plenty of options to eat.
