Incorrect rate

We were charged incorrectly for our room. It was changed but I still don't think it is correct.

Did not request a handicap accessible room but got one. The shower floor tiles were extremely slippery to stand on. Also, requested a high floor, was give first floor. Price quoted by Hotels.com was a total of $150 and change. Price charged was $173.39. Front desk staff, both check-in and checkout were less than helpful.

Under construction

Was placed on the 3rd floor that was under construction. Also the fire door leading to the lobby was closed in the evening and the card reader did not work. So you had to exit the side door and exit the hotel and re enter thru the main entrance to reach the lobby.

Non-smokers booked in a smoking room :(

The hotel and room seemed to be a bit old and although not in disrepair, it could have used a little maintenance. We were mistakenly given a smoking room in a completely booked hotel and could not change or cancel our reservation. This made the stay close to unbearable as the room stunk and cigarette stains were visible throughout the room. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Clean, good breakfast, nice staff, and pet friendly.
The staff was very nice and they always had hot coffee and hot chocolate available. I was travelling with my dog and cat and there were no issues. This a very pet friendly facility.
