Super comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was delicious. Lots of different choices. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but one exit down on 95 there was everything. I would stay there again.

Breakfast and attendant was great. Ice machine was out of order, ice bucket had no liner bag. Very noisy apparently due to thin walls.

Room checkin not working and had to wait for key. Could t use app. Room was very dirty, couldn’t sit in chair was extremely worn and dirty. Bathroom door bottom tore up, Walls dirty, bedding stained and sheets put on backwards on bed. Floor boards filthy. Booked room and noted it was pet friendly but was charged a non refundable 50.00 for my dog.

Looks like the floor in the room is warped, tv remote didn’t work and wanted to watch playoff game, no sheet on bed, no WiFi, charged $50 fir pet. No a good stay

My hotel stay was disappointing; the air vent in my room blew out dust due to being extremely dirty, the shower curtain was unclean, and there were pet hairs on the carpet. On a positive note, the front desk staff, Mandi and Mari, provided excellent customer service, making them valuable assets to the hotel.

as always the the workers at the front desk, a young lady this time could not be nicer. Room was clean as expected. the pillows are the worst. we stay in a lot of places over the years coming and going to our Florida home and these pillows are the worst by a long shot. I also got charged a parking lot fee. $50 for a 8 pound dog.

Ants in the shower: cabinet falling apart when you try to open the fridge; dog hair on the sheets. Out of everything during breakfast hours.

Great location, quiet, nice bathroom with glass shower doors, great hot breakfast and friendly staff. Only 15 minute easy drive to downtown Savannah and 1/2 the price of staying in town. Would recommend using Old Town trolly.

Nasty!
First of all our room was not ready @3:00 check in. We got to our room, the floor was dirty and the room did not smell good! Bathroom was dirty! Plus as we pulled out a Kleenex it was all dirty. We have stayed with Hampton Inn for years. Hampton Inn is the only place we wii stay! The help were standing in the hallway talking! They need a surprise inspection done right away. We did not eat breakfast for we don't know how clean the kitchen was! All we can say is it is NASTY! It was only a step above Motel 6!! Not Hampton Inn standards!😭😭

Freeway located hotel
Ideally located near entrance ramp to I95. Hotel somewhat renovated but needs new common area carpets. Bathroom renovated with higher end fixtures but sink drain would not work.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room we stayed in has a broken sink which i had to remove the stopper for it to drain. The toilet doesnt work well either because the seal was loose and water kept on running down the drain. The property definitely needs maintenance. The breakfast is pretry good. The room is clean but the furniture has some stains.

The pool was closed and we were not notified when we booked. They had us pay for our room twice. They did reverse the charge after I showed my payment

There was not enough cleaning staff on duty.Room was dirty when I arrived. Linen was it changed With blood marks on sheet and comforter. Trash can 1 not emptied. Bathroom was dirty especially shower area. When I called to front desk to complain. 3pm arriving desk clerk said she knew nothing about my issues and it was not her fault
