The check in staff did not know how to check us in using a 3rd party guest. My wife fell in the shower due to the tub being slick with not having any anti slip flooring. Area is rough at best do not feel safe leaving our vehicle unattended
The staff was wonderful and the breakfast varied each day. All were good. The room was clean. The only disadvantage was that one of the elevators was not working making wait times a little longer. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
The staff at check in was great. We asked for a crib for and the lady went out of her way to make sure we were all set up. The first crib was broken she went and found another one set it up and put sheets and fully made it. She was super nice.
Standard Hampton Inn quality with the exception that we were put in room next to elevators and they were running rough so all night heard doors slamming.
Clean rooms and very comfortable beds in a convenient location. Staff was friendly and efficient. The dining area was well stocked, organized and very clean. Always recommended this location.
Property and staff was really nice. They had a nice breakfast with cheese grits, eggs, sausage links, corn beef hash ( I don’t eat),etc. I would stay here again. The only thing is that the pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, but the beds were nice and soft.
The front door was locked and after ringing the intercom three times for 15 minutes, I had to find a way to call the location. Wendy then took a p minutes to open the door. My reservation wasn’t coming up for until I had to retrieve an email with their confirmation code.

Hello,Unfortunately at the time of your stay there was a very bad storm system that rolled through our area and across several parts of Florida and Ga. Yes, the electricity did go out for a few hours and we do apologize for that. We also have a generator that operates all security lights as well as 1 elevator for guest.
There are many pluses for the Hampton, great condition, very friendly staff, nearby restaurants, great breakfast, but I must say the room had one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in in quite some time-way too firm.

Stayed in Room 1014. Fantastic and clean! Very comfortable bed and small sofa. Bathroom spotless and plenty of towels, washcloths, hand towels. Roomy walk-in shower.
