Nice hotel close to the interstate

Location: Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, this hotel is right in the middle.
We loved our stay. This was our second stay in this hotel while visiting Savannah and I think it's safe to say we will be staying here again.

Good Visit despite unexpected carpet cleaning

The hotel was on par to other Hamptons I have stayed in. The only negative of the whole trip was that our carpets were cleaned without notification. We put the "DO NOT DISTURB" on the door when we left, and when we returned there was a card in the key slot stating the carpets had been cleaned. I'm thankful the hotel cares about cleanliness, but I felt this was a bit of an invasion of my privacy. Had I been properly notified, I would've had no issue.

Staff was minimally interested in helping on several occasions. Rooms were small. Beds were comfortable.

Good Hotel

The stay was great once we straightened out the room location. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor away from the elevator near the stairs when I called to reserve the room. Then a week before the trip I called the hotel to confirm the request. I was told no request had been recorded but she would take it now. When we arrived the was no record of any request. Then she tried to give us a room near the elevator and a very noisy ice maker. We couldn't take that. We ended up in a suite that was wonderful. I don't understand how our first 2 requests got "lost." This is not the first time our requests have been lost. The staff was very helpful but somewhere there is a disconnect. The pool and the breakfast was great. Except for the ice maker, the hotel was quiet.
